What This Policy Covers
This policy describes the customer information we collect and why; how we use this information and when we share it with third parties; the choices you can make about how your personal information is collected, used and shared; and the data security, accuracy and access measures we have adopted to protect customer information under our control from loss, misuse or alteration.
The policy applies solely to information collected by TBA’s web site. It does not apply to the practices of people that TBA does not employ or companies that TBA does not own or operate.
The Information We Collect
TBA collects certain PII when you register for our newsletter or on-line shopping, place an order, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription. This information may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card numbers and personal interests. We also keep a record of your product interests and purchases on-line, and automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser (including your IP address, TBA cookie information, and the page you requested).

How You Can Access, Change or Delete Your Information and Preferences

In addition, if you prefer not to receive information from us, either through e-mail, postal mail or phone, please let us know by sending us an e-mail. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your request to become effective. How We Protect Kids’ Privacy
TBA is concerned about the safety and security of children when they use the Internet. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), we will never knowingly request PII from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
A “cookie” is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies permit us to track and target the interests of our users in order to enhance their experience on our web site.
TBA never saves passwords or credit card information in cookies.

TBA collect's this information for business and commercial purposes. TBA does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect, and TBA will not sell user data without providing a right to opt out).

Product Availability & Pricing
Most TBA products displayed at the Site are available through the TBA web site while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in all sizes and colors. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TBA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TBA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TBA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Product Display and Description
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate. TBA cannot guarantee that product descriptions or the Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If you determine that a product offered by TBA is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund.

TBA may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in TBA's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement
